Gina Marie Incandela

Gina Marie Incandela is proof that with hard work and determination, all things are possible. She was completely non-verbal and diagnosed with a form of Autism when she was three years old. Many doctors expressed to her family the chances that Gina could never become verbal. Gina’s family placed her into multiple variations of therapy in hopes of achieving the impossible. Her life was changed when she was introduced to music therapy. Gina actually started singing before she started speaking. Once she found her voice, she also found her passion and she hasn’t stopped working towards her dreams since.

Ms. Incandela started performing The National Anthem when she was six years old. She began singing across the country at venues such as The Mets, The Houston Astros, Orlando City Soccer, Daytona Speedway, SeaWorld, Disney World, The US Open Tennis Championships, and many still know Gina as The Orlando Magic’s “Good Luck Charm”. Her powerful story of overcoming odds was featured on The Today Show and CBS Evening News.

Gina began dabbling in the demo realm. She recorded her first single, “I Dare to Dream” when she was six years old. She  inspired country music writer, Johnny Bulford, to write a song for her and at eight years old, she recorded the song “I Sing”. Gina also recorded a song with the incredible Chaka Khan titled “Butterfly” when she was eight years old. Gina then released subsequent tracks “Happily Ever Over You” and “Just Being Me” at eleven years old.

Gina grew up performing, sharing her story and giving back to the community. Ms. Incandela was a young recipient of numerous awards including the prestigious National Daily Points of Lights Award in recognition of her community volunteer efforts and raising awareness for various causes. On July 25th, 2009, the Mayor of Orange County, FL, Richard Crotty proclaimed it to be “Gina Marie Incandela Day” where he described Gina as being “a beacon of hope and inspiration”. On January 11th, 2010, Ms. Incandela was awarded the Governor’s Point of Light Award by the then Florida Governor, Charlie Crist.

Late into high school, Gina found her love for Musical Theatre. She decided to pursue a BFA degree in Musical Theatre at Nazareth University in Rochester, New York. Although her college career began with the emergency of COVID, she still had the delight of performing in a few of the Nazareth University productions including “Firebringer” (Claire and U/S Jemilla), a workshop with selections of “RENT” (Ensemble and U/S Mimi), selections of “The Last Five Years” (Cathy), and most recently played a leading role in “The Spitfire Grill” as Shelby Thorpe. Ms. Incandela has also dabbled with deck crew, wardrobe, and lighting work for other productions presented at Nazareth University. Gina has enjoyed and will always crave learning and being educated on anything and everything that she can.

Gina Marie Incandela credits her success with receiving early intervention services and having the unwavering support of her family and friends. She was once known as the little girl with the big voice. With years of hard work, Gina has honed her talent and has become a powerful and skilled vocalist and performer with her sights set on Theatre, Film/TV/Commercial, Music, Modeling, and more.

When Ms. Incandela is not performing, she enjoys going to the gym, modeling, reading, thrifting, and most importantly, spending quality time with her loved ones.

As a neurodivergent artist, Gina hopes to continue inspiring others to never give up on their dreams and that anything is possible.

Love big, and always choose kindness.
